Overview
We work with entrepreneurs and directors of innovative businesses that have a need for funding in order to scale faster and unlock the resources and capabilities to take their enterprises to global markets. In conjunction with our partners in global financial services, we offer several pathways to finance and funding for scaling businesses in the form of late-stage VC, growth equity, grant funding and listing options.
Venture Capital
We are currently seeking high potential businesses which are ready to scale and need to access Series B funding in order to grow faster. In particular we are interested in high growth businesses that are developing technologies in four key areas:
- AI & M2M
- Green Tech
- Health Tech
- Fintech
In each of these areas our investors are looking to take equity in businesses that have passed the seed capital and early VC stages and are ready to commercialise and scale their business models. On behalf of our investing partners, we conduct preliminary due diligence and work to ensure there is a strong fit between those providing equity capital and the entrepreneurs and senior teams who are driving the innovation. Typically, the investors we work with are looking to make equity investments in the range of €10M – €50M per business.
Public Funding
Not all businesses fit into the same mould and we recognise that there are many great enterprises out there with unique contexts and challenges. In addition to our work with late-stage VC and growth equity, we also help innovative businesses scale by accessing finance through public funding initiatives. Additionally, in conjunction with our partners in the financial services industry, we can offer a path to technical listing on the Euronext stock exchange, for those entrepreneurs looking to unlock access to primary capital markets.
